Over 15 years IT experience working for various organisations, local and central government.  Gavin has spent the last few years working on the Citrix Suite of products, with a particular focus on NetScaler ADCs.

Gavin holds several certifications including; Citrix CCA, Microsoft MCITP: Enterprise (2008), Microsoft MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator (Exchange 2007), VMware VCP and CompTIA A+.
